  • Wednesday: practice

  • Thursday, 5:15 warm ups, 6pm game. No JV

  • Saturday, 9:30 bus, 10:30 away at Old Lyme. No JV. (we should be back to OSHS by noon).

  • Saturday Team Community Service: 1:20pm. This is not mandatory but is highly recommended.

    • Blue Team: Big Y to help load donations in truck

    • White Team: First Congragational Church, help load donations from Truck to Pantry.

Please remember water is important not only to have on hand for practice/games but also to hydrate during the day. This is important.

Team Pasta Dinners

The 2025 lacrosse season is here! Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up if you would like to host a pasta party for the team. Pasta parties are a great tradition to fuel the players before their game and to promote a positive team culture. They are typically held the evening before home games and can be at your house, Park & Rec, or at the school after practice. (The times listed are estimates). A typical menu consists of salad, garlic knots, pasta, waters/gatorade, and fruit/dessert. Chicken fingers and meatballs are other team favorites. Pizza Palace, Fiore's, Saybrook Pizza, and TJ's are all places we have used in the past and do a great job. We would encourage several families to host together to keep the expenses down. Pasta parties are a lot of fun and the boys are very appreciative of the meals together.  Thank you!

Go Rams!
